Design in the big and small, as designers we try to place ourselves at this crucial point. We understand the shifting forces that shape our cities and the importance of what makes a home.
We vary to suit clients, contractors and our own expectations which pushes us and nurtures our skillset across every encounter. This allows us to gain a better understanding of our clients, gain knowledge about construction methods, identify opportunities for bespoke design and establish working relationships with all parties involved in our industry.
The act of design in its nature is pure bravery, learning to observe and visualize boundary conditions is the stepping stone leading us to better and bolder designs.

HOW WE WORK

OUR PROCESS

01. CONSULTATION

Whether you have your own ideas for your new project, or you are looking for advice on how to develop your backyard, come and chat to us to see what your land is capable of producing.

02. CONCEPT DESIGN

Once we’ve established the brief based on your requirements, we will provide an architectural solution for the site, ensuring it encompasses everything of importance and relevance to you.

03. CLIENT FEEDBACK

Based on the principles of design, the final product will reflect client communication and it will not only suit your wants and needs but display and explore areas of relevance and passion.

04. DEVELOPED DESIGN

Once agreed upon, the design is refined, and final decisions confirm form, planning and materials. Other consultants may be engaged to help with structure, planning, and our in-house Quantity Surveying team will sort project costs. Once you are happy with the design, material and price, the design will be finalised and ready to be drawn in detail for construction.

05. DETAILED DESIGN & WORKING DRAWINGS

Your design is developed into detailed documentation for building consent & then construction. Input from other consultants will be incorporated into the documentation and coordinated for submission to council. After we have obtained consent, you will be ready for the construction to start.

06. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

Our mission is to see your project being built, therefore we can assist you on site, coordinating all the details related to the construction. Using our inhouse QS’s, project managers and our Parent Building team with over 18 years industry experience you can rest assured communication and productivity at a rate that is second to none.
