BRIEF
From the initial concept idea to the final build, the cubism and box theme resulted in a cost-effective, functional, and low-maintenance solution. This design encapsulates a variety of living needs, two or three bedrooms, some with garages and each with its private courtyard. Externally the different typologies and claddings create dynamic facades, a requirement for such a tall building compared to the surroundings. Our proposal for the two merged sites responded to the need for compacted dwellings close to local amenities and to be different from the current stock in the market.
