BRIEF
Any dwelling on a corner site has a significant urban impact. In this instance, two separate buildings contain the three architectural units. The approach of making every façade visible from the street was a challenge. The result is three modern, easy-to-maintain homes designed with young families or professionals in mind, encompassing generous indoor and outdoor living areas with well-thought layouts, and functionality. All internal spaces enjoy natural light and cross ventilation due to the multiple façade exposure.
